The 111th (!) annual Strawberry Days kicks off this Friday and will continue through Sunday.  The free Strawberry Days Ice Cream Social happens from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday.  Other food-related events: there will be a food court featuring ice cream, tamales, brats, strawberry daiquiris, and much more, the Valley View Hospital Auxiliary Pie Day at 9 a.m. Friday, the Coors Beer Garden, the Village Inn Pie Eating Contest Saturday from 2-4 p.m., and the Rotary Annual Pancake Breakfast Sunday from 7-11 a.m.

Other events include art shows, fashion shows, carnivals, a silent auction, the crowning of Miss Strawberry Days… the list goes on and on.  See the festival website for details.
