If you love diners and just can't get enough news, pictures, and information about them, you need to know about the Diner Hotline, a blog written by Larry Cultrera. Larry introduces himself there like this: "My name is Larry Cultrera and I have been conducting a personal research project on documenting the American Diner. Since November of 1980 I have photographed 807 diners throughout the northeast including all the New England states, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland & Ohio, as well as parts of Florida, Tennessee, Michigan and Virginia." His blog was started to branch out from a strictly diner focus to also include other roadside attractions he has found along the way. (PS: can you identify the diner in the above picture?)

Sure looks like the Blue Benn Diner in Vermont to me. Looking forward to checking out the diner blog.

Of course, you are right, Cliff! You need to recuse yourself from all food-related quizzes and contests because you have been everywhere. Smile
