Emily Szopa has put together a spreadsheet of the eats at this year’s Taste of Chicago, with special focus on the vegetarian options, for examiner.com.  This looks like it could come in handy even if you aren’t going meatless.  There’s also an accompanying article.

Lots of current and past Roadfood favorites will be there, including Ricobene’s (vegetarian option: eggplant parm sandwich; Roadfood.com review), Billy Goat Inn (no veggie options; Roadfood.com review), a Chicago branch of Beverly Hills’ The Grill on the Alley (grilled veggie chopped salad), Eli’s (cheesecake), Buona (cannoli), Gold Coast Dogs (pickle on a stick), Harry Caray’s (homemade potato chips, pictured above, from the Roadfood.com review), Father and Son Pizza (spinach and basil whole wheat pizza).
