Ground Zero Blues Club, the Clarksdale, Mississippi joint owned in part by actor Morgan Freeman, plans to open their third outpost at the Choctaw casino known as Pearl River Resort, near Philadelphia, MS, according to an article in The Clarion-Ledger of Jackson, MS.  Construction may begin as early as August, with a planned opening in 2009.  The second Ground Zero was opened in Memphis.
