The story in the New Haven Register is about the Pepe’s pizzeria that’s opening in 2010 at the Mohegan Sun casino, but a comment by Ken Berry of Frank Pepe Development Corporation is the first word we’ve seen on a timetable for the Pepe’s that’s been rumored to be opening in Yonkers, NY. Mr. Berry said they are planning for a spring opening.
